計劃案人員在職健檢費用說明Regulation of Project Staff in-service health examination budget.

親愛的師長及同仁們 大家好

「文藻外語大學教職員工健康檢查作業要點」已於108年5月31日環安暨節能委員會提案通過，108年6月28日校長核定後公告實施。

計劃案人員在職健檢部分，原由本校經費負擔，但計劃案人員實際雇主應為計劃主持人，薪資亦為計劃案經費支出。故依文藻外語大學教職員工健康檢查作業要點，自108學年度起，計劃案人員在職健檢費用應回歸由計劃案編列經費核銷，請各計畫主持人先行向所屬主管機關及本校會計室洽詢經費編列及核銷事宜。

計劃案人員若被列為當學年度法定健檢名單，請與計劃主持人討論是否自行至勞動部核可勞工健檢醫療院所進行健檢或參加校內健檢。若不參加校內健檢，需在公告期限內繳交健檢報告至總務處環安暨保管組，以便後續勞動部健檢報備行政作業。謝謝!

法源依據:

勞工健康保護規則第15條

雇主對在職勞工，應依以下規定，定期實施一般健康檢查:

1. 年滿65歲者，每年檢查一次。
2. 40歲以上未滿65歲者，每3年檢查一次。
3. 未滿40歲者，每5年檢查一次。

前項所定一般健康檢查之項目與檢查紀錄，應依附表十規定辦理。

 Dear Faculty and Staff,

The new regulation of WENZAO’s faculty and staff health examination has been approved on 28^th June, 2019. Project staff in-service health examination fee should be paid by project since 108 Academic year.  Project host please contact the Competent authority and Accounting office for budget and reimburse issues.

If project staff has been listed on the annual health examination list, please discuss with your project host and decide to attend the examination at school or other hospital. If you choose to do the examination at other hospital, please submit the report to the office of General Affairs before the deadline announced. Thank you.
