本組業務主要以校園環境安全衛生維護與管理及綠色大學相關業務之推動為主並辦理本校財產管理業務。
This section is mainly responsible for the campus environmental safety and health management and the related business of the Green University, and handles the property management operations of the school.
服務項目
一、校園環境安全衛生管理業務：
Management of safety and sanitation
1、RO飲水機、升降機、消防、污水處理、安全監視、
廁所緊急求救鈴及緊急電話等設備維護管理
2、RO飲水機水質定期檢測
3、校園環境消毒
4、環境安全衛生暨節約能源委員會業務
5、校園登革熱防治小組及稽查小組業務
二、環境安全衛生教育業務

三、環境安全衛生自主管理檢查部分：
Environmental safety and health self-management inspection
1、各單位辦公室、專業教室、教師研究室等
環境安全衛生自主管理檢查
2、餐廳商店環境安全衛生自主管理檢查
3、各單位消防安全設備、防火避難設施及日常火源等
自行管理檢查管理。
